Beneficial for atheletes, very sturdy
Sturdy velcro, and good product overall. I am using it for kicking as well as boxing practice, very beneficial. However it seems to be 100-200 grams more than 1 kg

Great product for my P90X workout
I find the 2Kg weight provides right level of resistance for performing leg raises, jumps and step up exercises for P90X workouts in the Gym. The weights are adjustable which allows me to go for supersets by varying weights.

A few concerns about a good product
I have to mention a few concerns I have about this product as follows:Once I received the product I noticed that the box said ANKLE weights as opposed to Amazon's description of ANKLE/WRIST weights, therefore does not fit well on the wrists and I have to wear them higher on my arms after much manipulation to make them fit and is not effective as wearing them on the wristAlso the package was open versus sealed and the box was pretty beat up, which makes me wonder if I received a new or old/ recycled product.Otherwise the delivery was on time and I like the flexibility of adjusting the weights - if not for the above I would have rated the product 5 star.
