Will these absorb for a 7year old night time wee? Sufficient ?

They’re a thin fleece liner so not designed to absorb, just to wick liquid away into the nappy. I’ve used the nappies they go with on a 3 year old at night and they leaked. I would imagine they would not be sufficient for a 7 year old.

One reviewer says they have fleece liners - does anyone have a recommended fleece liner??

Fleece is great for before you wean. I used a pre-made pack from someone on here, liked the patterns! Then for extra, just buy a thin fleece blanket and cut up using one of the others as a template. When you wean, you will probably want the Mio liners 'as well as', post bf poo needs to be disposed and can't go straight in the machine (bf poo can!), scraping off fleece is not nice!

I believe it depends on the size of you baby. I folded them a bit to fit my newborn and they fit her just fine. I hope that helps.
