I got the chocolate. Have tasted most flavors and they’re all very sweet. They’re also a diuretic, so be prepared to make frequent trips to the bathroom. Just drink a lot of electrolytes and water with them to stay hydrated. I’d stick with the Prüvit brand, for sure!

Very misleading if you are thinking you will lose weight just by drinking this sorry but that’s not going to happen ! You are better off to do Keto recipes or low card! Way to expensive to not do something! I found nothing good about this for 154.00 !!

I really like it. It is way easier to order it on Amazon than on the website itself.

This product is great. I use the cacao flavor in my coffee to kickstart my day. Nothing bad to say about the product. It is a little high priced but worth it, in my view. Now the bad, For the first time ever, I put this product on a subscription so I would never run out and wouldn't have to manually order. They have failed. I am now out, and have received no updates as to when I will receive my subscription order. It is now 9 days overdue, but you better believe they got their money first right. I went ahead and made another order but that product wont be here for over a week. So I am out of it and will now do without for 7-10 days because of it. It's unfortunate but I have seen in many instances customer service everywhere has gone down the tubes. Really disappointed that the subscription service is a total failure.

"While the taste was enjoyable, the use of erythritol as the primary ingredient didn't align with my body's needs for maintaining low blood glucose while increasing ketones. Despite the positive effect on ketone levels, the impact on sugar glucose was too high for my preference. I've since switched to the liquid monoester from Oxford, which better suits my goal of achieving high ketones with low blood sugar.

This much salt can not be healthy.
