This shower is stunning and seemed like a good quality. I was disappointed in myself for not paying attention to the details and sadly needed to return it. I have a fiberglass surround and the on/ off handles were smaller than my opening and was smaller than what I need in distance. My fault

I want to start by saying that you will not find better customer service than that offered by the seller. The shower has assembled from the box only accommodates for a very short adult or child. I looked around the question and answer section on the product to find answers about getting an extension. I observed that the seller offered a free extension if you contact them and prove that you purchased their Fossett. I did just that. I Purchased the extender, and the company refunded the money back to my MasterCard after the purchase was received. Another issue I had with this was getting it to fit in my antique clawfoot tub. Make sure to purchase swing arms with some good length on them if you’re clawfoot tub is older. The shower itself is very elegant in its aesthetic. The construction is very sturdy. The handheld sprayer is very convenient. The showerhead flows brilliantly. With regard to the swing arms that I referenced, I bet the seller would have provided those at no cost, but I had not explored the reviews or the Q&A before ordering them. So all in all I did spend about $50 on supplemental swing arms. But at such a great price point, I still feel that this kit is offered at a good price. And again, the customer service offered by the seller is unbeatable. And the quality of the product itself seems very strong. If you do not have plumbing experience, you will need to get a plumber to install this for you. This is a more advanced DIY project, But the end result is well worth the work.

I purchased a different brand of exposed shower and it was awful. Cheap and it leaked. I replaced it with this one. Wow it’s so much better. The quality is wonderful, very sturdy and it’s beautiful. I installed it myself in about 20 min. No leaks and it works great. Very happy.

The apparatus has several places to shift water flow--never noticed that in the marketing and one really needs to be aware of which valve is on. I am using it with a small soaking tub on a wooden floor so I am really aware of water.The tub filler faucet is significantly slower than my previous one so takes longer to draw a bath but flow is nice in the hand held and rain heads. For me its worth it but Im a bit worried when the gaskets begin to fail as there are several.All that said Id buy it again because it works in my situation and its really pretty and though I am not tall, the rain head can adjust to someone taller easily or back down , handy as my son is almost 6 foot.

The media could not be loaded. We are so happy with this shower fixture. It is a work of art! The chrome is beautiful. The controls are all silky smooth. The rain shower from the main head and the wand is delightful. Installation was very straightforward. This fixture really complimented our extensive shower remodel. If this is the style you're looking for we highly recommend this unit. Customer support from Gotonovo has been stellar! Highly Recommend. 5-star!

This faucet/shower set is just amazing, the look & quality are top notch! We could not be more happy with our purchase. First and foremost, the customer service has just been great. Since I was installing this into a very old claw foot tub then I required some assistance in getting everything I needed. Abby could not have been more helpful, she directed me to the correct adapters and covered the cost of a 12" extension. Then she stayed in touch doing follow ups which turned out to be a God send as I ended up needing another extension and a rod to extend the brace to the wall. She didn't hesitate to resolve both issues, which went above and beyond my expectations, I just can't say enough about her and the customer service I received. To top it all off, the contractor who did the installation said that was the nicest faucet he had ever installed and he could not stop bragging about the quality of everything nor could he believe the price when we told him. If you are searching for a beautiful, high quality faucet/shower for a great price then look no farther! I highly recommend this product, would give it 6 stars if possible.

Shower works great after using some parts off of the old faucet. Would not fit the claw foot tub as purchased, and the part sold for the tub did not work. After all was said and done it worked well.

We bought this to replace the first one due to power outage during freeze it froze and cracked. That being said we liked the first one so much we replaced the second one. Due to the fact that adapters on the back of the valve allow for a little play for DIYers it made it super easy to set considering I roughed in my plumbing a little too far apart. It was able to compensate for it.
