Can you cure silicone with these molds?

I don't use silicone. Look on Facebook. A lot of site with info. Try debi's design diary site.

Once resin has cured, can these be cut? Is it possible to heat and bend the resin to conform to a curved surface?

I don't know about heating the resin to see of it bends, I would try a small test piece before wasting a good piece. Air dry cly you can pop it right out of the mould then carefully bend it and glue on to your piece and use painters tape to keep it in place and let it dry.

Can silicone be used in this mold?

The mould is made from silicone. I'm not sure why you'd want to use silicone, but with the proper releases, you should be able to use silicone. Air dry clay, Sculpey, chocolate, cookies, plaster, paper clay, and even resin have been used in them successfully.
