Q: Can i use the green swifter pads for this as well

I guess you could but I’m wouldn’t. The plastic is very hard with spikes and the pads for dusting are pretty thin and you may scratch something.

Q: is this safe for luxury vinyl flooring?

I can’t say for sure, but I would think so. I have hardwood floors so am unsure. My suggestion would be to contact a supplier or just ‘google’ it. Sorry I can’t be more help

Q: Once the bottle is used up, can you add your own solution to the botte?

I use a pine sol mix filling the bottom section of the bottle less than half full then topping off with hot water

Q: Hw many cleaning pads come with it?

It's either 3 or 4 pads that come with it and a bottle of cleaner, (just smaller bottle sample.)
