Mild improvements but too expensive
This is the most hyped supplement for schizophrenia so I tried it for the negative and cognitive symptoms without stopping my antipsychotic. Its supposed to stimulate NMDA receptors. The effects are mild and take several hours to kick in, the effects are not consistent, sometimes they are stronger and sometimes they are weaker. Also I believe its half life is too short only 1h. These are 500mg pills so its pretty expensive, idk if I will keep using it, I can't afford it daily. The strongest effect was the first time I took it, felt a rush of energy which is unusual for me I thought it was mania but my diagnosis is sz only, so maybe the brain is adapting to it and its loosing efficacy as I never felt this energy again even using up to 4g/day. This was my experience, I hope yours is better.

Good seller, they made a mistake right
I’m not sure if the product works well or not, I have been having more energy. But I also started HRT, so the jury is still out and I’ll know more when I run out of this in a few days. That said, if sarcosine indeed helps I will likely be purchasing another brand in the future due to a quality issue I encountered with pill shortage in my order, see photo.Update:The seller went above and beyond and made this right by offering me a refund. I updated the product by another star. If it ends up that the product was working for me (I just ran out) I will update and reorder from them.

Negative Results
Some supplements make me depressed or brain fog. Despite the positives that are touted, I received the negatives. Plus, it's not refundable. I'm done with fringe supplements.

gave me anxiety and nervousness
I have been taking 3 capsules for the last month and a half and it was horrible. I felt agitation, nervousness and anxiety, I'm going to stop taking this product because I almost had a mental breakdown. This is strange because shouldn't this product IMPROVE your mood? instead it made my mood worse.
