This is amazing! So my hair has grown and thickened up in taking this for a solid 8-10 weeks. Highly recommend and love that it is the smallest tablet ever and has had a massive impact on my hair and nails. I would also say skin too. I’ve been taking these tablets for 7 months now and my thinning hair has improved quite a bit. I am 65 with medium length grey hair which has a natural wave. My hair started breaking off around my face noticeably (but probably all over) about a year ago and it was dry and thin. I always wear it in a bun or claw clip, but there were so many stray hairs that were too short and it looked dreadful, like a fuzzy halo round my face. I’m not sure what led to this but I had had a perm earlier in the year which probably didn’t help but it was most likely down to age and hormones. I started taking the biotin and more recently also started using Plantur shampoo which I now love. My hair is much stronger, less dry, and there are fewer short broken hairs. I believe the improvement is a direct result of taking the biotin for 7 months, supported by my change of shampoo. I love that they are small, high strength, the bottle contains enough for a year and the price is very reasonable. No frills or fancy marketing. Highly recommended.

Great value and just what one needs as an additional supplement. I found it helped with my hair becoming thicker and growing faster. Even in a small, less dense patch on the head, it is appearing much better many months later! No taste. great for hair loss.

Didnt work for me and tried for a while, also noted that i got bad bloated belly when using this and looked pregnant so obviously for me there is something in this my body does not like, bloating stopped when i stopped this fair price though and good if it works for you

I’ve been taking biotin for a good couple of years now and these are so worth taking. My hair seems to be in better condition but the biggest notable difference has to be with my nails. They are the strongest they’ve ever been and just don’t break or split. In my opinion you do have to take them for at least 6 months before you notice the difference
