I have been using these for 2 months prior to leaving a review. My nails seem to grow a little quicker than normal and most definitely grow thicker, they use to snap all the time. No taste to them and no side effects, small tablet and easy to swallow, can’t say I’ve seen a change in my hair, I’m a ginger so probably no hope haha

Brilliant for regrowth of hair.

Tablets had a good expiration date and I like that they can be bought in the large tub to prevent running out each month when buying other brands. Packaging also very smart and professional. I did not notice any difference after taking them - not sure if this is the product, or they are just not suited for me, so can't comment on their benefits. No bad taste and texture and size of the tablets makes them easy to swallow. Did not get any side effects. Just a shame they didn't work for hair or nail health.
