After developing ear ringing (Tinnitus), I went to the ENT and the doctor recommended this supplement to help reduce the level of ringing. After about one week of taking this product, I did notice a signifcant reduction in the ringing and it become less bothersome for sure. While everyone's level of Tinnitus is different, I believe this product is definitely worth a try. Just be sure to follow the recommended dose and be consistent in taking it everyday. The capsules are not too large and I found them easy to swallow. I also did not have any side effects from this supplement. Note: After about 12-weeks, my ENT recommended to try the maintenance dose (1 caplet 3x per day) or even stop and see how my level of Tinnitus is. I will try that for sure, but will definitely be ordering a few extra bottles as this product really worked for me. Again, it is not a cure, but does provide some notable relief! I'd been experiencing severe ear-ringing for about 5 months when I heard about this product. While I was pretty skeptical of a simple capsule to stop or AT LEAST lessen the ringing, with a money-back guarantee I thought it wouldn't hurt to try it.Unfortunately, as much as I truly hoped for at least SOME relief, after 25 days (150 capsules x 6 per day) , if anything, the ringing has gotten worse. While that may be a result of thinking about it more often to gauge any change or not, who knows. All I know is I that sometimes I wake up in the night with it so excessive it actually hurts, and at this moment I have a constant ringing like a mass of Cicadas playing in my head, and the volume is at 8 out of 10. A doctor recommended this to me. I’ve been using it for a few years now, and I have less ringing in my ears. But, it never totally goes away. It has just gone to a level I can live with. I’m better off than I was before I started taking it.

It some what dulls the ringing in my ears. I noticed I need to take 2 three times daily, even after my first 30 days. I also realized that if I stop taking them the ringing is horrible. It's way worse than it ever was. I feel like I am between a rock and a hard place. So I take them.

Listen up. I have watched, so to speak, my aging issue with tinnitus, progressively worsen as I have gotten older. It had typically been less noticeable first thing in the morning and more often not even something I recognized. As of a couple months ago, the buzzing in my head has been the first thing I am aware of after I wake up and always present right up to the end of the day before I fall asleep. Lots of research has been done on this issue, with very little conclusive results for resolving it. Injury and aging appear to be the primary contributing factors of causing tinnitus. I know my own personal protection against loud noises has not always been something I took serious enough when operating or working around noisy machinery for many years, so I have regrets over that. (Update) Three weeks into this, along with taking Arches Tinnitus Formula, I have already received significant improvement in reduced ringing in my head. These products together are truly wonderful.

Buyer beware! The product did not work as advertised for me; I noticed no lasting improvement while taking it, and no worsening of symptoms after stopping. I used the product as directed for 60 days (though the requirements for this are over the top! 6 tablets daily!?) and then submitted all receipts, photos and documentation for the refund. The company pushed back hard at first, indicating that I'd only had the product for 21 days. I finally helped them with a little calendar math and, a few weeks later, I got an eGift card for a partial refund -- about $25 less than I spent -- from a 3rd party company. Their excuse was that I paid for some of the order with Amazon VISA points. But that too is legitimate money that I could have spent on another product -- it's not a discount, as they claim. Not happy with performance or the guarantee.

This product hasn't helped the ringing in his ears. The noise is always there. He has always had this condition. He feels that he was born with its been with him all his life. We will be canceling the subscription because it doesn't work.
