Are these made of non toxic materials?

I am pretty sure they are. My daughter wanted me to order them for my grandchildren so I don't have them here or the case but I'm sure if you read whats on the case it will tell you what it is made of. And I can't remember if it tells you when you order it. Sorry, I'm not much help.

No not stretchy, but solid plastic. not hard as a rock but not like soft and bendable either
