This sea salt actually has great yuzu aroma and taste. Not lemon, YUZU. I've had way too many products that advertise yuzu taste, but in the end it was just some vague citrusy/lemon flavor. Not this salt though. Goes great on fish and beef.

Product arrived unsealed and the salt inside was damped and clumped up!

Delivered the kick I wanted. Added citrus and shio to salads, stir fry, and it made the dish wonderful.

Delicious Additon to my Salt Collection
I bought this because Chef Eric Rupert recommended it in his new cookbook "Vegetable Simple". It adds a bright citrus flavor to veg, chicken and fish that is really like. This is a finishing salt to sprinkle on a finished dish, not one I would use in cooking. Chef Eric said to use it on popcorn...but I didn't care for that one!!

Arrived unsealed
This is a great product but- the jar arrived unsealed and therefore unsafe to use per food standards. Further, the salt was damp and jar was not completely filled. I This is not okay to send out. Unfortunately there is no refund available.
