Poor quality
Received this Laptop newly refurbished with the hhd disconnected. Upon opening the laptop I discover the plastic tap which held the locking screw had broken off during installation. Further, the refurbished laptop did not have the same specifications as the original laptop should have shipped with from the factory and the replacement parts used are of very poor quality.
