I kept buying the small tubes of food coloring from Walmart, and finally realized I could buy in bulk instead, since I need a lot for my business. This is perfect and I feel like it works very well and has a strong color to it.

Large bottle, a little bit goes a long way. Very intense color, to much can change the desired yellow color

This is a true yellow lemon color, not golden or orange, lemon. Remember to shake it well before using it or else it will look darker than lemon. Just one drop made all the mangoes in my jar lemon yellow. If you worry about getting it on your hands either wash them right away or use food safe gloves.

The lemon yellow premium gel color arrived and it is completely liquid, not gel at all. All my others arrived and are great, nice concentrated gel color but only the Lemon Yellow is like water, can’t be used like the others

I can’t return this. It’s watery, not gel color. Don’t waste your money!
