Arrived smashed and unusable, now I have to go out of my way to return the item in order to receive a refund or a replacement. I should just be refunded or sent a replacement without me having to go to all that trouble if the item is damaged.

To use this highlighter and contour palette, first select the light shades for the areas of your face you want to highlight, such as the cheekbones, forehead, and chin. Then, apply the darker shades to the areas you want to diminish, such as the sides of your nose and chin. Use makeup tools, such as brushes or sponges, to apply and blend products. Be sure to blend the edges well for a natural finish.
