Does it stay in place? Or Does it move?

It stays in place better than other underpads I have used. It moves a little bit if (for example) the person lying on top of the underpad sits up. The larger size is very helpful because it allows for more coverage. The pad tends to stay flat under the person instead of getting bunched up.

It says inner layers are poly & rayon. What is the top layer that you lie on made of? What is the bottom barrier layer made of?

We have two of these pads. They are great! The top layer is a cotton or cotton blend material. It's quilted and very soft. Very comfortable to sleep on. The bottom layer is the same material with non slip strips that do a great job of keeping the pad in place. I would highly recommend them.

can this pad be used under the fitted sheet ?

Yes! Of course!! I mean, we all have different ways of using products to fit our needs, but personally, I prefer things to be as 'normal' as possible of someone is having accidents in bed. They dont want to, that's for sure! The pad is soft but nothing like a regular made bed with a sheet. I personally only use this to protect the actual mattress and other cushions that are much more expensive and harder to clean than a lousy top sheet.

Does this pad contain any natural rubber latex? Does the nonslip backing affect people with latex allergy?

I would email the company, but I believe this is the only pad I've found that is just cloth. The backing non-slip dots do not appear to be latex, but I'm not certain. These pads work VERY well.
