Food - Delicious Science

Had seen this on PBS and really enjoyed it. It has a lot of info that everyone could use. I learned so much about food and what things are good to eat. Everyone should watch this series.

I saw the first episode of this series over the summer and was blown away - this is the BEST. SERIES. EVER. I teach high school chemistry and this series is the perfect answer to students, "WHY do I have to learn this?!"

this show is just so interesting. watch it over and over to explore the food science.

saw an instrumental of this on a cable channel at a motel. the entire dvd is hard to get through without multiple viewing sessions, but is really fascinating.
