Very effective. I don’t have to take a bunch of other vitamins now that I’m taking these.Kind of sticky if you have a dry mouth before taking them. They have not upset my stomach, which has been my issue with every other multi I've tried.You also can’t beat the price.

You take 2 capsules per day. A little hard to swallow so have water ready to wash them down. Other wise they have lots of vitamins your body needs to stay or get healthy.

The web says "no soy," but the label on the bottom clearly says "contains soy." Also, sugar is added to this product. Apparently, you all are unaware that maltodextrin and dextrose are actually sugar with covert names: I know this because I teach weight control. I'm shocked the Integrative Therapeutics would contain these ingredients. The soy is an added fat, and of course the sugar derivatives mentioned above assimilate in the body just like sugar because they ARE forms of sugar. Integrative Therapeutics, however, is a great name, and to be fair, the small amount of soy and sugar mentioned here are probably far outweighed by IT's quality; most importantly for me, these are capsules that readily melt in the body unlike hard tablets that can even be dangerous. - BEST OF ALL -- NO UPSET STOMACH WHEN I DIVIDE THE DOSES -- ONE IN THE MORNING W/BREAKFAST AND ONE AT DINNER. PROBLEM SOLVED....

I was looking for a multi-vitamin with a strong dose of the vitamin B complex. My research has shown that men over 50 need higher levels of B complex than in our youth and this brand fits the bill. Most multi-vitamins have the usual doses but this one contains 500mcg of B12 and a strong 25mg of B6. B complex helps with improving energy and memory and I was experiencing fatigue and brain fog from very early rises and long work days. I must keep a lot of projects running smooth and on time and juggling details and recalling facts is harder to do when fatigued from the day. This has as much B complex as a bottle of 5 Hour Energy and also contains your other vitamins and minerals in an easy to swallow form. I would recommend this brand

I gave up on multivitamins for awhile because good ones were so expensive. But after the back to school sicknesses I realized I needed to start back up. These are just 1 capsule 1-2x per day— not multiple pills and they’re affordable. I feel so much better since starting these.. my energy and mood are more stable and my immune system seems to be a lot stronger.
