Great for Ironman 70.3 and open water swimming
I'm 5'7" 150lbs, athletic build, long legs, and short torso. W2 was the perfect size for me. I sized down from the W3 because it bunched around the midsection. Make sure you size down if you're inbetween sizes and have long legs w/ a short torso. Overall fits well and keeps me very warm swimming in 65°F to 70° F water. I trained in pretty cold waters leading up to my Ironman 70.3. No real wear and tear and was great for the race. It doesn't come with gloves so you can protect the material when you put it on, but any gloves or even socks work so you nails don't puncture it when putting it on. One thing that surprised me is how strong the velcro is on the end of the zipper string, it sticks so strong inside the suit. Something to be mindful of, I actually place at the top of the neck under the flap, no issues.

Great wetsuit.
The wetsuit is superbly well-made and comes in a great range of sizes. However, the size table was a little off, so I returned the S2 size and ordered the S3 instead, which I have yet to receive. I hope this will be a perfect fit.

Fits like a second skin and under $200!! Alpine mermaid approved!
The media could not be loaded. Need an Ironman approved, athlete endorsed, quality triathlon wetsuit on a budget? In a sea of high dollar suits Synergy wetsuits blows everyone out of the water!!! Originally Selected for the price I soon found out I got much more than a bargain at check out...new and super stretchy, the Synergy Volution full wetsuit not only fits like a second skin, is stretchy enough to go on without dramatic gymnastics, has great coverage, cold water tested (early summer conditions in Tahoe is about 45degree), seamless feel inside, AND sits below a $200 price point means the hardest part about choosing this suit is which size will fit you correctly!! AND because the customer survive is so AMAZING you can skip the guesswork and ask them directly. Phone or email with your questions as they are eager and ready to help! If you’re lucky enough to live in the area you can schedule as appointment to go in for a fitting where the staff not only helps you pick the right size they actually help you try it on...a first time wetsuit try-on will require some “handling”and they know just how to make the experience as painless as possible. The box also comes with great fitting and try on instructions and some helpful tips on how to care and store your suit. Some advice when trying on the suits... try to be as dry and cool as possible. Afternoons or post-workouts when you’re hot and sweaty are sure to equal a hot and sweaty mess which is the exact opposite of prime try-on conditions... think early, cool, and dry pre-suit up.If you have fingernails try using gardening gloves with rubber fingers to help keep the suit from punctures. For the price it’s hard to list any negatives but my only complaint is the price makes me want more than one style... hardly a negative!!Fits all shapes and sizes - For reference I’m 5’8, 170lbs, swimmers build with broad shoulders and full hips. I wear a size W3 comfortably... I tried the WX first because I was worried about it fitting the length of my torso and hips but I had too much fabric at the shoulders and back so the W3 fits much more snug with no compromise in the length. This alpine mermaid is so stoked to get out in the cold water and stay warm and toasty in my Synergy suit! Hope this helps you find your perfect fit!!Happy swimming!!

Poor fit
Great quality. Although had to return it. Too tight in chest area on dry land. It affected my breathing. Possibly in the ocean the fabric would have expanded. However, without the ability to experience the product in the ocean I thought it best to return it. Otherwise I would be stuck with a suit I cannot wear.

Size runs very small
I used the size chart to order this wetsuit and it was so small I couldn't zip it up, even with help. The suit looked fine overall and I was going to order another in a bigger size but thought it would not be delivered in time.

Reasonably priced, purchased for triathlon training
This triathlon wetsuit is amazing! Very well designed, strong, yet flexible, seams. The fit is ABSOLUTELY true to size. If you have any questions call their customer service BEFORE ordering, they are very attentive and will walk you through selecting the right size for your measurements. Understandably (disappointing to some level) I bought the size my measurements (65"/155lbs) required, knowing full well that the longer I train the more weight I will lose which will likely result in me having to buy a smaller size before my race.I will say that I feel so much FASTER (which is partially its intent) in the water! Buoyancy is very noticeable but in no way distracting. I will say that even know I have donned plenty of scuba wetsuits in my lifetime, I now clearly understand why triathlon wetsuits are often referred to as "swim skins". Cannot stress enough to select the size your current measurements require and if unsure call them before ordering!

Has a little give in it
I am 5'9" and 200 lbs and change. Went with the M3 since the MS went up to a much higher weight and figured I would have too much suit. The M3 was a little snug but worked perfectly for my triathlon. Once I got moving the suit was very comfortable in the water. No unnecessary rubbing that left me raw and was relatively easy to peel off after the swim portion.
