I'd gotten sets similar to this but with a different design and they didn't work. This one works.I clean my filter after every use. You wouldn't believe the stuff I got out of the part of the dryer I could get to, it was clogging the little vacuum line. I was shocked and impressed. It makes me wonder what's in the big part of the dryer but since I don't have hundreds of $ to get that done I'm going to keep at it with this.It was easy, the connector between my vacuum and this really worked. It's light weight. It's a pill to do because you have to bend into the dryer to see that you've got it all. I will admit that it got stuck, took a while to get it out, next time I'll be more careful.The other thing is that although I was horrified by what came out of my dryer it was oddly satisfying to know I was getting so much out.

It works well to vacuum under the lint filter. I have not yet tried the vent behind the dryer but I’m confident it will work well. The brush is key - it helps to loosen stuff that is stuck to the machine. Only 4 stars because I find the attached wire a bit clumsy and hard to direct the hose but maybe it will be more useful with the vent. It attached to my Miele easily as well.

Received and used it. Was able to clean the section of the dryer that has never been cleaned of lint. Worked like a charm and was able to remove all the lint that had accumulated below when the screnn sits. Well worth the money I paid.

Did a decent job cleaning out the dryer vent, but they are both a little flimsy. I thought the hose came with a wire reinforcement to help direct it, but it does not. The brush also is sent bent in half and requires straightening. The wire for the handle is flexible so that it can go through pipes, but this makes it difficult to really scrape the sides of the vent and get around the corners.Good product though and got some large clumps of lint out of the vent that were holding in moisture.

It worked well to clear the dryer of lint

I was surprised at just how well this cleaned my dryer vent. It was easy to use and hooked to my very old Electrolux vacuum. It was fairly easy to maneuver around in the dryer vent space and you can hear it picking up lint. It was inexpensive and did what I needed.

The brush works well. The vacuum hose is a little awkward and some practice.

Mixed results. I wanted to use this to clean the dryer vent pathway on my LG TROMM electric dryer. When the dryer's filter screen is removed, the cavity is much too small for my household vacuum, and none of the attachments I have are long enough to reach down to the bottom of the vent below the filter. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my hopes, though it is good at the basics.PRO: MUCH better than my household vacuum attachments. This is just the right size to clean the area below where the removable filter screen sits. I am constantly getting lint buildup in there. This tool does an excellent job of cleaning that part of the airpath. Another pro: the build quality is good for the price, except for the wire handle. The rubber adapter is very sturdy, and the small diameter hose part is also of good quality.CON: The next stage is the problem. The dryer's vent makes a 90 degree turn towards the back, and I want to be able to clean in there. I hoped that this flexible tube and bendable wire control rod would let me make that turn. Unfortunately, this tool's wire handle is flimsy and very difficult to control. I cannot get it to make the turn from the front area where the removable filter is into the next stage of the vent path that I cannot see into, and where I suspect I may have additional lint buildup that is causing dryer issues.Summary: It does part of the job very well, and part of the job not at all. If you just need to be able to reach down a little further than your regular vacuum tools permit, this may be just the thing. If you're hoping to be able to reach further than that, I don't think this too will help.
