Product good only for light loading with food for grilling. Very limited capacity. Difficult to clean. Not worth purchasing. Would have returned it but not worth the effort of cleaning better after grilling for me to send it back in the mail. What a shame? Was looking forward to it. Only used it once. The locking mechanism comes off easily if a heavy piece of meat is placed in it and is being turned over. It can snap open and food fall from it. The wood handle easily separates from the metal side rails by twisting out of place with handling. If you plan to put a piece of thick heavy steak of a chicken, this is not the right utensil for you. At least I got an after the fact expensive basting brush out of the purchase. I won’t be using the actual grill basket any longer. Will look for a better item.
