These are excellent! As a person who has a myriad of auto-immune disorders, as well as the MTHFR genetic mutation, I appreciate these vitamins a lot. They are for your hair, skin and nails. I have only taken them for a matter of days and the results are showing clearly with my fingernails already. They taste great! This is also a two-month supply so I would consider them budget-friendly. There are tons of vitamins flooding the market for hair, skin and nails currently. I will continue to trust Mary Ruth’s brand of supplements with my health and I think you should, too. I am writing this strictly from my own experience.

Update after finishing my first bottle: it freaking works! Just before I started taking these I buzzed my hair into a cute, punky cut that I loved. These gummies are responsible for me having to go get it buzzed again after 4 weeks! The dude who cuts my hair was genuinely shocked at how fast it had grown. The girl at my usual bagel place commented on how quickly it was growing out when she saw me after I hadn't been in for a few weeks. My nails were muuuch less brittle too. I usually had 1 gummy every day but occasionally did take the recommended 2.So, this stuff has my full endorsementOriginal review:I really like this company and because I've bought several of their products in the past, I knew that I would like the sort of packaging and aesthetic that they have. Taste is bearable As a black person with 4B/ 4A hair or anyone with tighter curls i recommend getting a protective style and then using mary ruth products and after a few months taking it out you can see the difference.

Have not seen any results yet , but it’s only been a month. The flavor is good. I think the advertisement is over hyped . I know nothing works as fast as the people portray. I’ll give it another two months .
