Good tool
As a commercial restaurant equipment repair guy,I've used alot of different probes for temp.this one has held up the best for me. Used on both hotside and refrigeration.

VERY SOLID
I am service technician; and this temp probe is classy. It's one of those tools that you feel good about pulling out and using in front of customers. I typically use mine to measure oven temps. Not some cheap way to take temps. It's worth the money.

broken in one month
We lightly used this probe with Cooper Atkins Thermometer and it stopped functioning right after one month. Can't return it.
