I have tried a lot of beef jerky in my time but I love this brand. It has good taste, lean & just the right amount of Pepper. Thank you No Man's Land!

Reminds me of the smoked deer Jerky my best friends dad used to smoke and we used to eat as kids growing up.That taste you only find at small meat shops in your local town. 90% of packaged jerky tastes like it's pumped full of chemicals and preservatives but this just tastes like real smoked Jerky.Jerky should be "dry", that's the point. I don't get why anyone likes soft Jerky, kinda missing the point, that's what pepperoni or meat sticks are for.Anyways, for those that like real Jerky and craving that smokey/ peppery taste then you won't find better anywhere else.

The best beef jerky! It is hard to find in the state a live in. So I love that they have it listed on Amazon!

I originally gave it 2 stars because I thought it was too dry, chewy & tough and I even wanted to return it. Boy was I wrong! The flavor was just too good to ignore - so I kept taking little bites. Once I got use to it, however, I began to like it more & more. Now it will be the only jerky I will buy!

This is a great product! BUT:I have purchased this product before with no problems, except the last purchase one of the bags was not sealed properly as it is not airtight. I really like the product but without being sealed properly, it is prone to dry out quickly, especially as I was not ready to use it right away.

This stuff is expensive, but it is so good. I love drier jerky. Most jerky is wet and moist making it look and feel like some sort of synthetic rubbery version of jerky. Not this stuff! I’ve tried all the flavors and all of them are good. Traditional has a natural Smokey flavor. Pepper is good and I just tried the lime and that too is good.My wife got me a jerky of the month subscription where I got to try five different jerky flavors/brands a month for a year. Great idea by the way! This was one of my favorites that I was able to try and I canceled my subscription and this is all I buy now. Can’t say enough good things about this jerky!

Nasty...tastes like liquid smoke smells. Lots of fatty edges and stringy tendons. Tough chew which I love when it's a good flavor. The meat used is bottom grade junk. I'll stick with Robertson's as the gold standard of jerky. Even if more expensive, taste counts.

Don't know why people are scoring the "value" so low. It's $12 for 7 ounces which works to $1.70 per ounce. For this quality, for this flavor, in this current economy, $1.70 per ounce is an amazing deal, even for crap-dyed product like Jack Link'sJack Link's own site sells their product at $1.90 an ounceWalmart sells jack link's product for $2.40 an ounce.Costco sells it for $1.80 an ounce.And Jack Link's, one of Amazing most highest rated jerky products is basically dog-food level of meat snack.This stuff is actually good, and crazy affordable right now. The only way I see you getting better and cheaper jerky is to make it yourself.
