Did what it says on the metaphorical tin
Well packed so the kiln dried sand arrived dry. Easy to use. I wanted it delivered so it was perfect for me. My nearest DIY chain store has it cheaper, but charge a LOT for delivery so this was far cheaper overall.

damaged sack and bag - sand pouring out
Two sacks of sand delivered to front door and courier disappeared before I was able to get to the door. No signature requested. I was unable to move the sacks until a neighbour helped me later in the day carry them to our rear garden. It was only today, 17/August that I noticed one of the bags with a hole and sand was escaping. Difficult to move the bag without further spillage happening. I need a replacement bag delivered when the present bag is collected. Alternatively, I will accept a credit for the damaged sack/ bag.

Great block paving sand
Very easy to use, and great value for money. Always best to use it when you know it will be dry for a couple of days, as I found out.

One bag arrived punctured.
Sand quality was good and the delivery was quick but one of the bags was punctured and sand poured out indoors.
