GaiamWomens Classic Fitness Hat Baseball Cap

This Gaiam Classic Fitness hat is women’s sized, which fits my head a lot better than traditional baseball hats. It doesn’t have a lot of excess material at the top and it doesn’t bother my ears. It’s also very lightweight and doesn’t feel heavy when wearing it like other baseball caps do. I actually have a bigger head in some aspects, so I’m really glad I gave this one a try! There are a lot of nice details, such as the minimalistic metal (not plastic) Gaiam “flower of life” logo, metal adjustable strap piece, and the excess strap material tucks into the hat. The material has a good hand feel, it feels like nylon but it’s not a cheap version, sort of feels like the Uniqlo crescent bag material but a little nicer. It packs down easily except for the brim part, which I think has a plastic piece underneath the fabric - it’s hard but a little flexible. The stitching is good. I got it in black and it looks a lot nicer and sleeker than most baseball caps.The only thing that’s a negative is that I would prefer the back strap to be a plastic tab so I can undo it to put my ponytail up. This one doesn’t open up like that, so I have to undo the strap a bit to get my ponytail in and then tighten it back up. But, it’s not really a big deal and I think the look of the fabric strap is nicer than plastic. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase!

If you have a smaller sized head and regular women's baseball hats are too big- this is a great option. Has a slightly smaller brim than my nike women's so it looks better on my tiny noggin Fabric is great for washing and has a sheen to it- doesn't fade like cotton but is still breathable. I have in 2 colors and only wish they had a UPF version.

The clasp on the back is loose and the hat won’t stay tight on your head.

My wife loves these hats. She has one black and one navy blue. She wears them for walking/hiking, pickleball, boating, or just for hat-hair days. Comfortable and looks good too.

I like the hat and I like the material, rain resistant but I don’t love the fit. I have adjusted it a few times and my head is not extra large or super small. I think it’s a normal size head. I mean if anything it may run on a small side, but this hat doesn’t Have a secure snug fit When I wear it I generally have a ponytail and I don’t have super thick hair but moderately thick and I just don’t feel like this cat fits securely or snuggly so that’s the reason I would not give it a five star rating

I live in FL, so it is warm/hot outside most of the year and this hat is great because I don’t sweat in it, even after a long day of wearing it at Disney. I like that it protects my eyes and face from too much sun but it’s not over bearing or thick and bulky to wear on my head. I ordered one in black and a few weeks later ordered the white. I love them both! They’re very clean looking and feel sleek. I can wear running errands, at theme parks or even dress up if I want.

I always struggle to find hats that fit my small head right. I originally purchased one of these hats at TJ Maxx. I wore it very regularly and washed it constantly for a couple of years until the adjustable strap broke. Found the exact same hat on Amazon and am so happy I did! I did have to slightly bend the rather flat bill to get the curve I prefer, but that was no big deal. The hat wicks sweat well, and it's easy to throw in the washer in a lingerie bag and hang dry super fast. I wish there were more colors like teal, plum, or charcoal.
