How much protein in 1 scoop?

It depends on which protein you’re using. I prefer Gold Standard, which has about 24g protein per scoop. You could put a scoop of any brand in this though (except Body Fortress, which should be avoided at all costs). I’m sure it would make protein shakes feel much fancier than usual.
