I am using these in a pelican camera case, how long should they last?

I'm assuming Pelican cases are airtight. If so, they'll last for a very long time. The silica will dry out the air in the case and it'll stay that way. But its lifetime will depend on how often/long it's exposed to humidity in the external air when the case is opened.
