It's more transparent than people say. It's a wonderful paint.

High quality paints.
This isn’t an inexpensive set of watercolor paints, but it delivers value in a big way. For starters, the paints themselves are rich and deep. Secondly, the paint assortment amply meets the needs of most artists. Lastly each paint is contained in its own free (unbound) mini-tray. Those little individual paint trays are fairly sizable - plainly put, you get a lot of paint in this set.

Beautiful watercolors!
The best watercolors ever!!! I’ve been painting for several years and have used many different types of watercolors. These are my “go to” paints! They are consistent and flow beautifully. I just ordered another set as I’ve almost depleted my first set!

Wonderful colors
I loved the formulation of these paints. They go on smoothly and are enjoyable to use. Not too much chalkiness. That's been my biggest problem with most of the watercolors I've used. In will be sure to buy again when I run out. There is a lot of paint in each square. Twice as much as others.

It can look glossy
I am new to watercolor but realized quickly that cheap watercolor paints weren’t even worth the little bit I did spend on them.I loved how the pans don’t shift like the Cotman & there are SO many colors. But be aware, if you load up a lot of pigment it dries a bit like semi-gloss. And that really stands out when the rest is matte. I loved sharing these with my friend Joyce. We had so much fun.

Esta marca indudablemente es una de mis favoritas. Los tonos tienen muy buena pigmentación, variedad de colores, y son bastante prácticos a la hora de manejar cada cajita de los tonos.
