Great fixer. It’s a bit unnecessary, as you can use a clear drying glue with water. But it’s good nevertheless

lightly brush or airbrush your truck or tank and then apply the pigment with a stiff brush you can also dust the pigment on the binder will slow down the drying so you can work with the pigment apply to field equipment and figures to give them a realistic appearance
