Starter Bug Bit Hard—This Mixer Keeps Up!
The sourdough bug got me good, and I needed something to handle the first part of dough prep before I get to my favorite part: stretch and fold. This Aucma stand mixer has been a game-changer. The 8-quart bowl is massive—plenty of space for high-hydration doughs—and the 900W motor handles everything I throw at it. Dough hook works great for that initial mix, and I appreciate the tilt-head design for easy bowl access. It’s surprisingly quiet for its power, and cleanup’s easy with dishwasher-safe parts. Bonus points for the LED light—makes it look like it means business. Sourdough-approved!

Coming from a kitchen aid, I'm impressed.
Coming from using my grandma's Kitchen aid all the time (she gave it away 😭), I'm quite impressed with this mixer! Here are some things to note, and that I like. The suction cups on the bottom: this mixer isn't heavy like a kitchen aid (makes it easier to carry) so the suction cups are great, they work very well. The spring assisted lift: when you push the leaver to lift the head of the machine it'll spring up on its own. I do recommend using your other hand to gentle it a bit as it'll BOUNCE up. But a nice touch, especially for older people. The attachments are metal: I saw some older reviews saying the attachments had plastic connections, mine were all metal, probably aluminum, but sturdy. It's lightweight, the stainless steel bowl(if it is that) isn't thick or heavy like a kitchen aid, much thinner but it does what it needs to do. I don't think this is am heirloom type mixer, but I plan to save and get a bosch mixer for large bread batches. I will be using this mostly for cookies/cakes. Works more then perfect for that. Low is nice and low and high speed is HIGH.I've so far made chocolate chip cookies in here that I've made a million times in a kitchen aid. Same result, if anything it actually whipped more air in the butter/sugar then the kitchen aid (that's a good thing) I make a lot of bread and that will be my next test. I will update. Overall great early impressions and I think worth the $133 I paid for it. Hope this review was helpful.

Sturdy powerful motor. Good for dough
Sturdy. Strong by motor. Used all three attachments. The one thing mentioned in other posts was that it was loud. Yes I will attest to that. Loud but not a deal killer. Would recommend to everyone. Did come via usps as opposed to delivered by amazon. Came in a brown box but clearly marked as stand mixer. Inside was actual produce carton.

Great mixer it needs a freezer bowl
I really love my Acuma mixer. It is a wonderful kitchen appliance that makes an amateur cook like me look really good. But if you folks at Acuma pay attention to these reviews. I wish you would hear this. It would be so nice to have a freezer bowl attachment, and paddle to go with this mixer. With summer here that would make this ideal.

Good stuff!
Day 1 was good...made sandwich bread. Let it knead and the bread came out great! I'm a newbie baker and so far it is perfect for me. Also, much prettier in person!

Beautiful and works great!
I just set this up and used it for the first time and it is incredible. I got rid of my KitchenAid because it was too heavy and cumbersome. I felt like I had to fight it every time I tried to use it. I order the red one and I absolutely love it. They had so many pretty colors. It's so much lighter than the KitchenAid and I personally think it works better. Great price too!

great but loud
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Loud but it's a workhorse. I use my mixer a LOT for a little food cottage business I have. This thing has done way more work than I ever expected at this price. Coming up on a year now, it's starting to act suspicious so i'm buying another one before the holiday. However, you should know this mixer has made HUNDREDS of batches for me this year. Great mixer, but use ear protection, it's loud no lie.

Video review shows all....
The media could not be loaded. Do you want to see this in action-- how loud the volume reaches, how close it comes to the edges and bottom, how sturdy it remains at the highest speed, and how the suction at the bottom is? All of this is in my video review. I have never owned or even work with one before. I think it's a keeper but if that changes then I can come back and address what the problem is. I've always wanted one. I caught it on sale when they had markdown prices in July but I still had to use affirm to help. I just took this out of the box. It arrived without damage, the suction on the bottom was excellent . I liked the storage being compact as possible. It seems that it's going to be a great asset in the kitchen to bake and cook. It was lighter than I expected it to be . Forgive me for only being able to use one hand for video. I tried to address everything I would want to see in a video.
