Simply awesome!
I have ordered this delight several times and am always happy with its flavor. It is the best of the best of all parmesan cheeses. Fresh. Robust. Eat it on its own or on your favorite dishes. Worth every penny.

Great Parmesan
This is great and it’s the very first time I’ve bought Parmesan cheese, (especially a great brand as this.) I have never purchased Parmesan of this value before bc of its price but I love the quality of it and there’s been many times my brother asked me to prepare him some chicken and shrimp fettuccine Alfredo. I make chicken Alfredo very often. I’ve always made it with the cheapest brand of Parmesan which is nothing like the restaurant at all. It’s not that bad but it’s definitely not the best either. I’m so happy with this Parmesan cheese and I’m so happy I was able to buy it here through Amazon bc where I’m from the closest grocery store is more than half an hour away and still they don’t have Parmesan cheese like this, it’s a cheaper brand and not too good at all.

Dropped the Bocce Ball !
Not good. Previous blocks were great. This one has no salt crystals.Moisture content is too high. The other blocks had a rind that was very hard tobite through, this one is much easier to chew.Giran SoressinaLatteria Soresina

reliable excellent communication
Great company with excellent communication,I sent them a message that the last bat of cheese I bought was not as sharp as the ones I bought before and it was explained to me with the heat in Tucson, and shipping it could change. And then he sent me a whole new order of cheese! And this batch really was sharp. I will continue to use this company. Excellent

Delicious!
Delicious. Perfect to slice for snacks, shred and grate for homemade keto pizza, or sprinkle on salads or eggs. I like to shred and grate all our cheese myself. Once you read the ingredients in most already-shredded cheeses, you'll be buying the block and doing it yourself, too. ;)

Doubt how long aged, no DOC
This was very soft for being “well aged”. Besides being completely covered on three sides with rind, it simply fell apart. It was extremely grainy and beginning to spot. I don’t know where this is really from, but I have doubts about the aging and rennet type. Meh. Lesson learned.
