Does really well to reduce face puffiness in the morning.

I love it, I look silly but the inside is soft and after about 20 minutes in the freezer it’s so cooling and refreshing!

I liked the product because the mask stated secure on your face. but you do need to wait a few minutes after taking it out of the freezer so it will soften and mold to your face better otherwise it is too stiff and will not conform to the face. it works very well .

It doesn't fit very well because the 2 straps on the mask are the same length. The strap that goes around you neck should be shorter to have a tight fit all over. Or you should have a longer velcro area so it can still fasten tighter.

The best thing I could have brought for my face I have sinuses in my face I needed something to help with the swelling this is a great product.

I hate when I try to treat myself and all I do is waste money. The facts are these:The face holes for this are just way wrong for starters. Sloth from Goonies might be able to get his eyes, lips, and nose to allign with these but not me and prob not you, dear reader. I was still willing to try but there were more probs.The straps are pretty small. I have a pretty big head for a lady admittedly and this just barely closed.The whole thing is heavy and just drags my skin down and gives me concerns about wrinkles. I wouldn't be that rough with my skin applying moisturizer and I don't wanna pay money to have a dumb mask do it.REGRET. Skip this one.

I bought this on prime day and used it for the first time last night. I used my jade roller on it and applied more pressure to my face and when i took it off i was so relaxed!

So, putting aside that this thing looks kind of creepy whether it's in your freezer or on your face, unfortunately there are many cons.Pros:- Gets cold enough and stays cold for a long time- has a nice felt side and yes, you can flip it over when it gets warmer- It has beads you can move around but I still couldn't get it to conform to my face very wellCons:- Will scare your roommate or partner if they see it on you- Does not conform to your face very well at all- The top strap was not long enough to fit around my head- The bottom strap didn't work because the velcro didn't go far enough to wrap around the smaller part of my neck
