I did not receive the washing instructions as people have indicated. Could somebody post them

Here's a list of basic care instructions for your yoga pants. Always use cold water to wash. Warm water is more effective at cleaning, but warm and hot water will break down performance fabrics much faster than cold water will. Turn inside out before washing. This will prevent the fabric from getting unnecessarily roughed up while in the wash, preventing any potential damage to the piece of pants. Do not wash together with denims, towels or items with zippers. These things will rub against your IUGA pants during the aggressive wash cycles of washing machines and will likely cause damage to the fabrics. Do not use fabric softener. This causes the pants to lose its wicking property over time and also causes a nasty lingering odor to develop.

Can you put these yoga pants in the dryer?

For the best wear and long life of your clothes, never put stretchy synthetics (aka: Spandex/Lycra/elastane) in the dryer. The heat will break down the fabric (which is essentially a type of plastic) and they won’t keep their stretch as well and will wear out faster. Having said that, if machine drying is more important to you than longevity, the polyester that these are mostly made of isn’t highly prone to shrinking at low temps, so a cooler permanent press tumble will likely be just fine.

Are these tigh enough on the waste for tummy control?. I am 5 '1 and 120 pounds. Wondering if i should get a small?.

When I got these, I was 160 and I'm 5' 5/8". Ordered L but received M. They were a little bit snug but perfect for me once I lost 5 pounds. LOVE the tummy support! I'm still on my health journey and I'm ordering 2 more M's.

Any larger women apple-shaped tried these? I'm afraid if they fit the waist, they'll be 8 inches hanging from the hips.

I'm 5'6" 340lbs, carry my weight upfront in my tummy with an apple shape, no hips, no butt. These are my favorite pants hands down. In a lot of other clothing I would wear a 4X, but I tried these in 3X, and they work great. They stretch enough that they stay up on me even though I don't have hips, and they also hug my thighs and flare out appropriately for being boot cut down by my ankles. I've tried other brands that were similar to this, and they had problems, but these have always been perfect. If you're worried about them fitting, I feel like you could possibly do one size snugger than you're used to, they will stretch. And then you shouldn't have it too loose in other places.
