This shaker is beautiful. I don't know how much I would actually use it as a shaker, and more use it as a statement piece on shelf by a home bar. I think this looks much better in person than online. The fact that the propellers move adds to the fun and quality.

DO NOT SHAKE AND INFERIOR METAL FINISH
Okay, first of all, it comes and it is beautiful. I bought three at the same time: this one ~ the rocket shaker ~ the penguin shaker. The rocket and penguin and airplane (which was the most expensive) were all cleaned exactly the same. The rocket and penguin cleaned up perfectly. The expensive Airplane shaker looks like it's a hundred years old...and not in a good way. It is splotchy and looks filthy...plus, as I only really bought these for 'show'....I never did try them until a recent party. Again, the rocket and penguin shakers worked as they should....but the airplane shaker spill over everything. It not only DO NOT shake, but it is made of inferior metals that cannot take a mild warm water and windex cleaning up as the other two (plus many others I have) take just fine. DO NOT BUY THIS SHAKER....unless it's just for show and then NEVER CLEAN IT and NEVER try to shake it...especially at a party....what a mess! Oh, and I can't return it....because I "tried it too late".....LESSON LEARNED.

This shaker is really cute and funny. I got it as a present for my boyfriend who loves planes. It does leak slightly but we got it more for a funny decoration than for its usefulness.
