Question 1

I installed this and it is not showing up in my pc.  computer is not reading it.  it is a windows 10 computer.  is there anything else i can do?

You could try to do one if the two following ideas.  One: if you have a hard drive with Windows installed, click in the search box in the task menu on the bottom of the screen. Type in cmd, right click on command prompt and select run as administrator. Once the black screen if the command prompt shows up, type diskpart and hit enter. Type listdisk and hit enter. If only one drive is showing and you have two drives installed, type exit hit enter. Type exit again. If two disks are listed, type select disk (and either 0 or 1, which ever one is the pioneer, use the disks storage size to determine which dusk is which).  At this point you need to ensure you have the right disk selected (I take no responsibility if you do not have the right disk selected) type clean and hit enter. Type create part pri and hit enter. Type exit and hit enter, type exit and hit enter. Go into the file explorer and you should see a blank drive.  Right click and click on format.

Version 2: create a boot thumb drive (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/install-windows-from-a-usb-flash-drive).  Shutdown your computer once complete with USB drive creation. Remove any power from the computer, remove primary hard drive (leave the pioneer hard drive installed).  Replace computer power and insert usb drive. Once the windows installer starts click new install. Press shift and F10 at the same time. Type diskpart and hit enter. Type list disk and hit enter. Type select disk (0 should be the only disk present) insert disk number and hit enter. Type clean and hit enter. Type create part pri and hit enter. Type exit and hit enter. On the windows installer you should now see a hard drive listed, click on the hard drive and click format at the bottom. Once the format is complete exit the windows installer.  Remove power from computer. Reinstall your primary hard drive. Remove USB drive. Power on computer. Windows should see the pioneer hard drive once windows has booted.

If these methods do not work you might have a BIOS security setting preventing installation of hard drives or a bad hard drive.

There is no built-in m.2 slot on this motherboard so in order to use it you would need a pcie expansion card to hold it rather than direct installation
