Perfect for Gelato
It was a little hard to find this product on Amazon because searches are usually for paste, not a "milk mix", which a mix you would assume would not be pure. But this "milk mix" IS just a pure 100% pistachio paste from Bronte - nothing else added - which you can make a milk from, or a gelato, or anything else you desire to have pistachio flavor. If I were the seller, I would change the label to Pure Sicilian Pistachio Paste from Bronte. Then in the description add that you can make a milk mix from it. This worked great for my gelato, and the weight is 10% more than other sellers, and cheaper too. So I went with this, and and very happy. Thank you!

It's great
I like it. I got this for making my own dairy free pistachio ice cream in my ninja creami. This is excellent. I only need to add a spoonful and it tastes perfect every time.
