Great Pasta
I found I probably shouldn’t cook as long as I did. They were a little mushy. Directions are 220 C for 30 minutes but I did a regular pasta time cook, 45, so maybe why these were a little mushy. 220 C is 428 F. I put at 430 F. Do be sure to leave set awhile so liquids can absorb and everything setup. Pasta are a little shorter than regular noodles but I fit them and got a good pan of lasagna. Had a few pieces left over. I think the cooks sauce and the cheeses make any lasagna and pasta fills in. Taste is good and I can’t tell it’s any different from other recipes. Except for being a little mushy. They cooked completely and the no boil before is great. But the flavor overall is great because I make great lasagna.

Not keto.
I did use it. It is sweet at first because of the corn flour. Corn is sweet. But it was very tasty. I baked the lasagna like I normally do, but the pasta needed just a little more time to cook. It was a LITTLE chewy for our preference. All in all very good.

These are NO BOIL noodles and they are perfection.
Do NOT boil these! These are No Boil lasagna noodles! Just do a single layer with your sauce and cheese. I baked my lasagna for 1 hour at 350 and these were phenomenal!!!! One of my guests said my lasagna was the best they ever had… and they didn’t realize it was gluten free pasta! I am ordering more.

Total waste of money
i threw $10 down the drain with the water in which I boiled these lasagna noodles. Many of them were cracked when I opened the box, and they clump together so badly they are unusable. I put one box in my stock pot and spent the whole time trying to separate the slices. I ended up with a huge clump of hard centered pasta with broken, overcooked edge pieces. Determined to save my meal, I opened the other box and put just 1/4 of the box (3 sheets) in the water, and added oil, hoping that would keep them from sticking together. Nope. Same thing. Who has an hour and a half to boil 12 pieces of pasta individually? When I was piling the ruined sheets onto a plate, some pieces fell off and the dog went for them. It reminded me to taste the product. This made me even more disappointed, because it tasted great. It had absorbed the salt from the water, nicely, and was smooth, not grainy, like some corn pastas. Plus, the flavor still had a traditional egg pasta taste to it. Ruined dinner and made me hungrier!
