I'm a disabled veteran with lots of leg cramps and body aches due to spine/joint problems from my time in the service. 2 of these at night and I feel relaxed and the cramps and stiffness stay away all day until bed time when it's time for 2 more. 100 capsules and 2 a day is a great deal and I feel better using something natural and using prescription meds less.
