baring in mind the price and guaranteed with marks not visible from up close with battery promised at @80% or above they value their promise as phone was immaculate not a hairline mark or defect around complete unit and battery had been replaced to 100% brand new! I have purchased the original size for my son with the same guarantee and the screen blacked out after a few month (still not sure if it was a lucky drop without causing any cosmetic damage but sent back and super quick screen replacement to the exact same condition from the warranty) why take a chance on buying from a private seller with battery service below standard and signs of wear and tear when you can have a perfect outstanding quality and perfect condition phone from these guys!!!!! A+++++ from me will be using again***appologies for lack of image quality but tried my best on Mac front camera but it is faultless

When I received it (dec22) it had 88% maximum battery capacity. Now (oct24) 78%. Not bad.Flawless phone externally.NB it still had the original OLED screen. Make sure you check this if you purchase a renewed phone. They are often refurbs of phones people have returned when dropped. They replace the screen with cheaper\inferior LCD screens that are thicker and drain the battery faster. I got one of those from a different seller and sent it back immediately, despite it having a 100% maximum battery capacity i.e. they replaced the battery and screen at same time.

Great condition, works brilliantly... disappointed that the battery health is only 86% though this would have been good to know before purchasing

I like this phone it was bought as a gift if I have to say anything it would only be to protect the phone a little more within the box it came in, but the the phone covers everything and more wanted from it , it was as described, Many thanks.

The phone works perfectly but it came with a lot of minor scratches on the stainless steel all around. All these scratches are visible.

Would love to have 5 stars ,without the screen scratch on the top right(ALSO worse now, returned and awaiting refund, as the screen turns itself off after some time under usage, I was reading on apple books and listening to spotify, the screen just went black but the phone was going in the background, I have read that this is called a Black screen of Death issue, Seems these "renewed" bargains are poorly certified. , I don’t mind the 3rd party lightening cable, power plug and generic packaging, I thought that was nicely done and good to get a Apple certified lightening cable, But- “look and perform like new”, It performs like new, though there is 2 points of the screen that I was disappointed with, on the top right there is a patterned scratch in the form of a P and X symbol, it is not deep enough to show a rainbow effect in the scratch but it is noticeable if you catch the light just right, also the screen must have been filed on the right side to fit in to the housing?Its not noticeable with a case on, but worth noting.The file doesn’t bother me as much as the strange scratch pattern that is about the size of a thumbnail in the top right, I hope a tempered glass screen protector will improve the appearance of it.Aside from this condition I would highly recommend the item even with the file mark on the right of the screen, But I can say the condition is NOT AS DESCRIBED due to the horrible scratch pattern of an upside down P/X scratch on the top right corner.It arrived fast and has some amazon/seller guarantees which helped ease my purchase decision, but the scratch which does effect everyday appearance makes the order bittersweet..UPDATE:Phone screen just turned black, and I had to power off and on the phone to get it to show the screen again, think I will call amazon."CALLED AMAZON, Nightmare to deal with, I would avoid amazons renewed range as you will wait four weeks for a refund.Oh, and I was told the "Look and perform like new" guarantee isnt as described, A amazon representative, Cam**** D. told me to read the black and white writing three times that states a scratch not noticeable at a 12" distance qualifies as "looks like new", Shocking statement from someone who could not see the device,and kept calling me the wrong name through the whole call - Never mind that the scratch was viewable at any distance depending on how the light caught the screen(The person also seemed to ignore the Black screen of death issue).Take what you will from my purchase experience, I wish I had seen a similar warning before I "Gambled" on this "Renewed" "Looks and performs like new" "Amazon Certified" Listing.
