Fantastic fennel flavor. I actually ground mine up in my food processor for smaller pieces- just a personal preference. Very cost effective purchase. Excellent in homemade breakfast sausage.

Bought to make fennel tea for a breastfeeding baby who had gas. It tasted so much better than the Fennel Tea bags. Quantity was as displayed, about the size of the big containers at Costco. Fresh, Normal dried herb coloring, good quality. Helped the health of my gassy baby.

Exactly what I expected.If you make a lot of marinades or sauces or sausage or soups....you need more fennel than you think.These are superb for curries, various meat marinades, etc. They toast really well for pho or other flavor-intense creations.

Fennel is a staple for me, with meats, pasta, desserts, baked goods. I'm sick and tired of buying the tiny containers at 2 bucks a pop. This product is way more economical and is every bit as good as the expensive stuff in the tiny containers.
