I was taking a gummy Biotin supplement already that I liked. I switched to these on a whim. These have double the biotin than what I was taking, and I figured since these need two gummies to get 10,000 mcg, I could just take one and maintain what I had been ingesting.. and save money. Great idea until I found myself taking 2 anyway. haha!As with my other gummies, these are working out well, too. I don't know about the other benefits like regulating blood sugar, decreasing cholesterol, or improving brain function.. but my nails continue to grow strong and healthy, and my hair continues to grow. One caveat on that-- it is growing hair that is already there but Ive never noticed it to grow hair that has been lost. It also doesn't slow down the dreadful shedding phase. As far as grays.. I finally got some coming in since I turned 40 (now 43). No change there either. I don't color my hair--yet-- but I was hoping to see some change in that regard. I've been consistently taking this brand for almost a month, and I have been taking gummy biotin consistently for 6 months. I think it is worth taking. I know my nail growth wasn't just the typical nail growth spurt. My nails are just plugging along growing quick. I actually dont care for nails that are too long, so I keep trimming them back. My hair is trimmed often and just keeps growing quickly. I know we dont need 5000 mcg nor 10000 mcg, but the higher dose has been effective for me. SO, I think these are pretty good- both in effect and flavor. Gummy vitamins are always easy on my stomach, so I find them easy to take, and will continue to do so.I imagine you will see improvement with consistent use over the course of 2-3 months, if not sooner.

First off, they taste good! Second, I think the key is consistency. I’ve been taking it every day for the past few weeks and I haven’t noticed growth per se but I have noticed less hair falling out! I’m going to keep taking it every day and hopefully I will actually see a big improvement. But so far I’m happy with it. Already ordered my second bottle worth a try. Just be sure to set an alarm so you remember to take it every day, I think that’s the secret to making it work!

These just came in a few days ago none of the vitamins were melted considering that they are gummy‘s, mine had a delicious strawberry flavor they were so good I wanted to eat more LOL so like I said this is just day four maybe, so I will be back with an update on hair growth... whether or not it affected my skin and etc. in the meanwhile I want you to know that the flavor is good you get a good amount for the money they seem like really great high-quality vitamins they’re amazing natural ingredients Ingredients that you can pronounce things that you recognize I love it so far but I will be back with an update on hair growth because that is my goal.Feel free to reach out and ask me any questions I’ll be happy to help

These used to be amazing supplements. I noticed when I bought them this year that they look very different and they just don’t work at all for me now. I used to really depend on this brand for hair growth and nail growth. They must’ve changed the formula. Please go back to the old formula. It was much better.

Product taste like eating candy gummies making it very easy to remember to take daily. Only have been taking for a month now so no big results. Have noticed less hair loss so far. Will continue to take this product for a couple of months to see if there is any other progress.

I really loved these gummies. They taste good, and smell great.I didn’t noticed a growth in my hair but my family did. They tell me how much my hair has grown.I usually cut my hair once it reaches my shoulders, but I made a promise to my 5 year old cousin I would grow it like rapunzel. The gummies helped my hair grow. So I def recommend.Edit: I am on my second bottle and I can definitely tell my hair is growing a little faster than usual.

It’s hard for me to remember to take my vitamins unless they are in gummy form and feel like a treat. Finally found a biotin gummy and I love it! It has a great strawberry taste, not too sweet and actually tastes like gummy candy in like some other gummy vitamins. The dosage is great, recommended dose is 2 gummies a day which equals 10000 mcg. I’ve been taking biotin for years so I can’t say I see a change in this vitamin compared to others but I won’t be going back to the regular kind. Love that this is a brand I can trust to be natural!
