The sauerkraut is very good. The no of probiotic is also mentioned. Taste is tangy and fresh.When delivered, slight leakage was there, but after refrigerating, the flavors developed and there was no damage to its quality. When I have it with meals, it helps to relieve bloating and uncomfortable feeling that comes with indigestion.

I didn't get to taste or use Urban Platter Sauerkraut Original Pickled Probiotic Cabbage with Beetroot as it arrived with a Leakage and some tid bits were coming out of the bottle which left a Sour taste (pun intended) in my mouth, even before I could actually taste it. The jar has Inferior Sealing and as such the product arrived with a Leakage. Better buy it from a store, if they have it or count on your luck for the product to arrive undamaged (it didn't work for me, even after reading a Negative Review from another buyer - https://www.amazon.in/gp/customer-reviews/RMBH5NY2LASAF/ref=cm_cr_dp_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B07NQB9KKL ), it is totally up to you. I can only appreciate the packaging of thermocol and even liquid gel pouch to cushion it from damage but then again what is the use of all this, if the product arrives in a damaged condition.

First few days made my stomach worse, then it got better but I suffered from very high blood pressure do to too much added salt in the product. Had to stop taking it
