Easy Mason Jar Bank
Just add this lid to a standard mason jar and voila! You have a bank. I like that this uses a mason jar because it's fun and motivating to see the cash grow in the jar. I thought this was a really cute solution and it is! Would be great to start a piggy bank gift for the grandkids too.

Great Bank Topper
Not much to say about this bank topper for mason jars. It does the job. Has a long, wide slot for coins or bills. And is very easy to use due to its design.

Nice product, but was initially confused
I keep a lot of loose change in a mason jar, and was getting a bit tired of constantly unscrewing the lid. So I found this and thought it would be a nice option for my change jar. When it arrived, I was initially confused as I removed the mason jar lid and band (this second piece is important) and realize that the coin bank lid was a bit too small to screw onto the mason jar. After moving things around a bit, I realized that the coin bank lid is meant as a substitute for the mason jar lid and is meant to be placed on the mouth of the mason jar and then have the band screwed onto the mason jar. This gives you a secure coin bank lid that sticks above the mason jar with the band holding everything in place.Which actually looks pretty nice and gives some extra room.I wish that the directions had been a bit more clear on this and mentioned the need for a band. I have a bunch of those since I do some canning and have separate lids and bands for everything... But for someone with just a solid lid made from one piece of metal, this would pose a problem. So be sure you have the separate lid and band for your mason jar and just replace the solid flat lid with the coin bank lid.You also may want to consider painting the band the same color as the coin bank lid for ascetic reasons.

As advertised
Lid is durable and fits well on the jar. It does what it is advertised to do and that is create a coin bank out of a mason jar.
