Q: Is it possible to get these in a silver for clear coat shiny finish and is it possible to add a crossbar?

I am a seasoned wood worker- I believe this is the only color you can get on these-However it would be quite easy to spray paint these any color you desire and then spray a clear coat on top of the color. You could add a cross piece in the center where the two legs cross and simply attach with one screw from the top side that you would never see-these legs are a great buy for the $ and adaptable to many changes you may dream up-very strong and well made. Hope that helps a bit.

Q: Is there a way to put casters on the legs?

Yes, the bottom of the legs are solid and not hollow. Be forewarned, you will need to by 2”x2” L-brackets to secure the legs to the table. The flange that screws to the table is not wide enough. I used self tapping screws into the metal and wood screws to the top. Solid as ever.

Q: Does anyone know what size the pre drilled holes are

The set I received had 1/4" screw holes. 6 total holes on each set.

Q: What is the diameter of the metal tubing?

3 X 3 inch Square tubing not round.
