Literally one of the best cookbooks you can buy. This isn't for a home cook. This is for a professional cook looking to expand their knowledge.

Trying to love this book!!
As others have pointed out, the print in this book is microscopic. Even when using the largest font setting and stretching the book to its widest setting, you need a magnifying glass to read this book. Hope Amazon kindle or the publisher can correct this issue.

Beautiful book! Excited to try some of the easier recipes with ingredients I can find. Arrived quickly and in great condition.

Book is actually great, kindle edition... not so much
book is great, the problem is the kindle edition. you can't zoom in and most of the book is written in a tiny font, pretty much unusable.... I'm so bummed about it

Good book - LOUSY Kindle edition
Arguably the WORST Kindle edition of a book I ever had the misfortune of buying. Too late to return it, unfortunately. I suggest you go for the hardcover - and I can't stress this enough (yes, I'm not reviewing the content, just the edition)
