the build quality is very nice and easy to clean great value for the money can use this on my grill on smoker.

Works on the grill, and in the oven (you'll want to put it in something for the oven)From the big side, I've cooked 8# brisket, a 25# turkey, sveral roasts of various cuts and #'s, and an 8# pork butt. Everything has cooked perfect (brisket had an amazing crust throughout, no soggy side since it's held up) The handles help when moving large items from the grill (to sear), and the bottom feet turn into handles when turned over, and it sits in my porcelain coated metal roaster perfectly.When turned over, it makes for a good rib holder, giving you even cooking, and the round bit in the middle for beer can chicken works better than the thing I got that's just for beer can chicken. I've even assembled and carried tacos into the oven to heated hard tacos to get the cheese all melty. It's held bratwurst, corn, and other things steady on the grill.I'm really happy with this, not only because it has so many uses, but it cleans easy, quick soak in water after use, and everything just wipes off.
