Gecko Heat Transfer Press Machine, 16 x 24-Inch, Black

I was very nervous about this purchase but Gecko had the best reviews of all similar products so that is why I chose them. The shipping was amazingly fast, like 2 working days, and the packaging was stellar. I don't think it could have even gotten damaged in transit if they kicked it all the way here. I was very excited to get it open and test it out. When I opened the box and unpacked the heat press I was pleased to see how well made the Gecko heat press is. I warmed it up for a bit then tested the entire surface of the heat platten and it was the same temp everywhere and within 2 degrees F of what it was set at. The first sublimated print had perfect color and transfer. One thing that really surprised me is the information packet that was included. It not only explained proper operation of the press but gave support and warranty information with a promise to always be of assistance.Thank you Gecko for being professionals. I am glad I chose your product.

I received the item. It didn't come with teflon sheet or possibly a manual book so I had to order the teflon sheet. Once I got my teflon sheet n set the machine out to try out. The machine is not a working item. I plugged in the cord, turn on the switch, still not working. Very disappointing.I rated 1 star for amazon not able to offer me a great to fix my machine. I took the initiative to find gecko contact thru ebay. So thanks to Gecko rep who's kindly helped me even I didn't buy it thru ebay. If your machine suddenly shut off, open the back panel n make sure Everything connected tight. Since it is a bigger plate, it takes little longer to heat up and to cool off after use.

It takes like a hr to get to temp, but when it's there it's on point. It's great on plastisols, foil, vinyl, sublimation on poly, but you have to move fast when it comes to sublimation on cotton. You will burn fingers and melt the cotton transfers. But this is a great machine. It just needs to be able to open up another 2 inches or so. Im satisfied.

This heat press works as designed. I could not find any information about Gecko for warranty or for parts when or if needed.

Have had no issues with this heat press. Its my first one and does what it is suppose to do.

This product broke 7 months in to owning, there is no customer support so I'm stuck with a very expensive paper weight! The wire fried inside the machine. They do not send anything with contact information and amazon has been no help to get this fixed! I will never purchase Gecko again!

So far, so good . Heats evenly and has worked for everything we have thrown at it so far. I purchased an extended warranty just in case.
