Barology high protein energy bars, while having a different texture, keep me from bonking. I am a label reader, and most protein bars are filled with sugar, which causes my blood sugar level to spike and drop shortly after consumption. Barology protein bars have a low sugar content with no sugar alcohols, and help stave off a bonk during three hours of activity. The only downside, the bars are inconsistently sized. Some bars fill the wrapper while others are only half the size, so I am definitely not getting my money's worth, at $30.00 a box. Overall, I am happy with the Barology bars. Just wish all 12 bars in the package were full bars.

From the minute I learned about Barology bars I was hooked. I have one every morning on the way to my workout or out the door to work and one bar (at less than 200 calories) keeps me full from 8 AM - 1 PM. Seriously! The best part is they are not coated in chocolate and have no after taste. I've even cut one in half to make two snacks out of it! I think the high protein and high fiber make it work so well for my body -- and its low sugar so I have no guilt. I have tried every bar out there and I would absolutely recommend Barology. My husband loves them too! A household staple!

These bars are delicious and filling! I have them both before and after a workout, alone or pair it with some fruit to give me a quick boost of energy and keep me going. I also appreciate how clean they are to eat--no messy/sticky residues. Thank you, Barology, for making such an amazing product!

I had high hopes for these. The nutrition details look good, the reviews are great, and I liked the story behind the bars. As a competitive athlete, I eat a lot of protein bars! Sadly, these just don't taste great. They are basically like the old school Power bars (like a chewy glop of mashed together ingredients) with the addition of a few chocolate chunks to try to break up the monotony of the texture and taste. I am not sure I can make it through the entire box. I have turned on a lot of people to other bar brands but I always am on the lookout for something new - as I said, I consume a lot of protein bars! I simply cannot recommend these.

I LOVE these protein bars! No bitter aftertaste like many other protein bars and the perfect consistency- like eating healthy cookie dough! I compared it to another one I like that tastes similar- Zone Perfect cookie dough- and this one has much better nutritional values- more protein, fiber, less sugar, etc so I will be sticking with these and also trying some new flavors.

I first tried this protein bar over the holidays when I was to busy shopping and cooking to sit down and eat. Not only was it delicious but it filled me up. It doesn't have that chalky texture like a lot of protein bars do and I love the nutritional content in this bar. Hands down best protein bar on the market!

I love these bars! I have tried so many bars and these knock it out of the park. They keep me satisfied for much longer than the many other bars I have experimented with in the past. They fit perfectly into my workout/nutrition plan and they taste delicious.
