Royal icing
The product description says not””NOT. recommended for royal icing, but since I’m not good at following rules, I used it for this purpose. Worked great!! The icing hardened in 2-4 hours. Adding vanillla and/or lemon juice gave the icing a pleasant flavor. If you don’t flavor it, it will taste like egg whites.
